Contract Deputies for the City of Veneta

The City of Veneta contracts with the Lane County Sheriff's Office for police protection. Residents of the City of Veneta also pay an additional fee to cover the cost of having law enforcement present within our community. 

For non-emergency situations, you can contact the Sheriff’s Office 541-682-4150. If your matter is urgent but not an emergency, you can non-emergency dispatch at 541-682-4141. If you have an emergency please call 911.

Reporting an Incident or Crime 

If you are a resident of Veneta and would like one of our contract deputies to contact you, or you would like to provide information about an incident or crime, please fill out the Lane County Sheriff's Office Contact Request form below and bring it to Veneta City Hall, 88184 8th St.
